War of the Weeds - Garlic Mustard Shift 20

WE NEED YOUR HELP

Every spring, Indiana’s forests become a battleground between native ephemeral wildflowers and the invasive plant, garlic mustard. To preserve the biodiversity and health of our local nature preserves we need all the help we can get! NICHES Land Trust will be hosting 30 volunteer garlic mustard pulling “shifts” this April and May (limited to 12 participants each). Please read below, sign up for some socially distanced shifts removing garlic mustard, and share!

If you are able to lend a hand, please send an email to sam@nicheslandtrust.org or text 513-490-5080 with your name/contact info, and all the shifts you can make. We will get back to you ASAP to confirm your volunteer shifts. The location of some shifts may be subject to change depending on the progress of previous shifts.
