In our 2025 Summer Edition we dive deep into Wildcat Creek, explore how efforts to protect the creek are intertwined with NICHES organizational beginnings, and review how our organizational land holding have expanded in the Wildcat Creek Corridor over the years. More 30th anniversary outreach events and volunteer opportunities are announced. A new partnership with Warren Prairie Sanctuary is outlined which establishes Indiana's first and only conservation burial ground. Bill Arthur is named NICHES 2024 Volunteer of the Year, honoring his decade of leadership, hands-on conservation work, and lasting impact on both our organization and the Greater Lafayette community.
