Support NICHES During the Subaru 5K!

Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) has announced that a portion of the proceeds from the 2024 Subaru Wilderness 5K run/walk will support NICHES Land Trust...but we need YOUR participation to make it happen!

 This year's Subaru Wilderness 5K will held on June 15 at the SIA Recreation Center, located at 5500 State Road 38 East in Lafayette. Each participant will choose one of four local nonprofits to receive their entry fee as a donation – so be sure to select NICHES when you sign up!

Organized by Subaru of Indiana Automotive, with the SIA Foundation as the presenting sponsor, this family-friendly community event serves as a fundraiser for several local nonprofit organizations. Now in its ninth year, the event has raised over $265,000 for local nonprofits to date. The race course follows a mixture of paved surfaces, grassy areas, and wooded trails, which are a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.

The cost is $25 for individuals age 13 and older, and $20 for children age 12 and younger. Participants will receive a T-shirt in a color that represents the organization they choose to support during registration, as well as a finisher medal. To guarantee shirt size, registration must be completed by May 23. The final registration deadline is June 12 at 8 p.m., and will not be available on race day.
